Hello! I'm Dr. Andi Slaughter.
I am a small animal veterinarian with a passion for providing quality care to furry companions. Since 2017, I have had the privilege of working in the breathtaking landscapes of Alaska, where I have been dedicated to serving the health and well-being of pets in the community.
I obtained my veterinary degree from Kansas State University. However, my journey began in Northern California where I grew up and pursued my undergraduate degree in Animal Science from University of California, Davis.
My philosophy as a veterinarian is centered around treating every pet as if they were my own. I believe that each furry friend deserves the utmost compassion, expertise, and attention to detail. My goal is to provide personalized care that not only addresses their immediate medical needs but also promotes their long-term health and happiness.
Beyond my professional life, I find solace and joy in spending time outdoors. Exploring nature's wonders through hiking, kayaking, gardening, and soaking in the fresh air rejuvenates my spirit. I also have two dogs and a cat and cherish the moments spent with my own four-legged companions.

Hi! I'm Anna, LVT.
With 7 incredible years in the veterinary field, I've had the privilege of experiencing the unique stories of countless animals and witness the amazing impact we can make on their lives for the better.
Originally from the beautiful state of Idaho, I served as an equine veterinary nurse. My journey led me to the stunning landscapes of Alaska, which I've proudly called home for the past 5 years. There's truly something magical about this place, and I'm constantly in awe of the natural beauty that surrounds us.
In addition to my passion for animal care, I'm a devoted dog mom to two wonderful senior fur babies, Dally and Kassie, who absolutely adore exploring Alaska's breathtaking backyards with the entire family. My incredible husband, Ty, and I have been happily married for 8 years, and we're blessed to share our adventure with two amazing kiddos; Brogan and Riley.
When I’m not providing care to your furry friends, you'll find us fully embracing the Alaskan lifestyle. From fishing and hunting to camping and snowmachining, we savor every moment of this incredible journey in the Last Frontier.
